1 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk (if using canned coconut milk use 1/4 coconut milk and 3/4 cup water)
1/2 cup hemp hearts
1 tablespoon flax meal
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon coconut flakes
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon Vanilla MCT oil, coconut oil, or melted butter
1 teaspoon Erythritol
fresh or frozen berries
- Combine all of the ingredients in a small sauce pan, stir to combine.
- Bring to a simmer and cook until thickened to your liking, stir occasionally.
- Serve and garnish with fresh or frozen berries.
Tip!
Make a large batch of the dry ingredients and store in a big glass jar for an even quicker breakfast.
