Backyard Foraging-Discovering delicious ingredients in your garden that you didn’t know about. Liz Barbour shares photos of her New Hampshire village edible garden. Small but abundant in variety and harvest, Liz's pocket gardens are a work of art. Over the years Liz has discovered that many of her “weeds” are edible. Join Liz and learn what delicious weeds you can eat. Following a slide presentation of her “weed” garden, Liz will demonstrate 2 seasonal recipes featuring weeds harvested from her garden.
