Small but abundant in variety and harvest, Liz's pocket gardens are a work of art. Over the years Liz has discovered that many of her “weeds” are edible. Join Liz and learn what delicious weeds you can eat. Following a slide presentation of her “weed” garden, Liz will demonstrate 2 seasonal recipes featuring weeds harvested from her garden.
