I just wanted to let you know how thoroughly enjoyable your presentations are for both my husband and me. We cook quite a bit and are recipe junkies, so I have watched countless presentations/cooking shows, and have read (and collected) literally thousands of recipes. Your classes are absolutely top-notch on two levels:

I just wanted to let you know how thoroughly enjoyable your presentations are for both my husband and me. We cook quite a bit and are recipe junkies, so I have watched countless presentations/cooking shows, and have read (and collected) literally thousands of recipes. Your classes are absolutely top-notch on two levels:
- Excellent presentations of the recipes, along with all the tips and additional ideas for cooking, serving, presenting equipment, etc. We have watched 3 of your classes so far and I am amazed at all the things I have learned that I never knew before! Just love all this knowledge - and the microphone/camera all work so well, we never miss anything, which we understandably do with some other in-home presentations.
- Your personality! You certainly come across as such a personable, down to earth, and all-around lovely person. (and if you’re not, please don’t tell me…I’ll be sorely disappointed). But, seriously, we both look forward to knowing we can watch another of your classes and it is a highlight of the week! I feel like if we lived in your neighborhood, we would be friends sitting down often with great food, conversation, and a glass of whatever.

You must know that your demo gives your audience confidence! Your attitude and positivity is so heartwarming. You forgive yourself for any transgressions from the recipe and this gives others confidence to allow their own changes on purpose or by accident whether it comes out tasty or may need a tweak in the next recipe...but I'm guessing they don't give up.
