I highly recommend this movie. It answers these questions:
1. Why am I always hungry?
2. Why don't "diets" work?
3. What really causes weight gain?
4. How can I lose weight and get healthy?
5. How did the FDA and the AHA get it so wrong?
6. How can we put T2 diabetes into remission?
Everyone should to watch this film. It is available on Amazon Prime, and is worth the fee to watch.

Hi Liz, I went to a cooking demo by you a couple of years ago and a friend reminded me that you recommended a low carb diet. I recently began a medically supervised keto diet - through a company i found when watching Fat Fiction. I highly recommend that documentary as well. I've been on a keto diet for just shy of 1 month. My numbers are better than ever and i'm successfully off one med and testing the waters to go off a second one. I would strongly encourage everyone who struggles with chronic disease and weight gain to begin their journey to health with an exploration of their diet. I'm so happy I did.

I am so happy for you Jane! I am sure you will be experiencing so many more positive results. We are lucky to know about the many benefits of a low-carb and a keto diet. Keep spreading the word! If you are interested in exporing intermittent fasting as well, I highly recommend it. Check out "Fast, Feast, Repeat" by Gin Stephens-another health game changer.
Keep me posted on your progress.
