Is it possible that IF can address gout and be part of a nutritional/lifestyle solution?
Gout can be a very painful problem for people. My father, brother, and brother-in law all suffer from it. I looked into it and discovered that it is possible that gout is more common in people who are overweight and who have metobolic syndrome.
