Pocket Herb Gardening

The Creative Feast ​chef and edible gardener Liz Barbour shares photos and tips for creating a pocket herb garden in a small garden space. Sun, shade, and limited spaces are all challenges that Liz has adapted to in her years of gardening her New Hampshire village property. Small in size but abundant in variety and harvest, Liz's pocket herb gardens are each a work of art. Following a slide presentation of her herb garden, Liz will demonstrate 2 seasonal recipes featuring herbs harvested from her gardens.
