Recipe #1 N'Oats
Ingredients:
1 serving
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup hemp hearts
1 tablespoon flax meal
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon coconut flakes
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon Vanilla MCT oil or coconut oil
1 teaspoon Erythritol
1 cup fresh or frozen berries
Equipment for class:
small sauce pan

Recipe #2 Shashuka
Ingredients:
Serves 1 (to serve 2, double the recipe and use a larger sauté pan)
1 ½ cups bottled or canned tomato sauce (prepared with no sugar or seed oils)
½ teaspoon cumin, curry powder or other spice or spice mix
1 pinch crushed red pepper
1 small red pepper (bottled roasted peppers are fine too)
2-3 fresh eggs
Optional: Fresh parsley, basil, or cilantro, 1/2 cup grated or shredded cheese of choice, 1 cup leftover vegetables, 1/2 cup shredded chicken, meat, seafood, 2 tablespoon olives, 2 teaspoon capers

Recipe #3 Smoked Salmon Chaffles
Ingredients:
Makes four 4-inch chaffles. If using a Belgian waffle maker, double this recipe.
2 large eggs
1 cup mozzarella, grated
½ cup almond flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
Toppings:
4 ounces full fat cream cheese
4 ounces smoked salmon
small red onion
1 baby cucumber or English cucumber
Optional Flavoring:
Sweet chaffles:
1 teaspoon low-carb sweetner
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Lemon Herb Chaffle:
1 teaspoon lemon zest
¼ cup fresh herbs (dill, basil, cilantro, parsley, or chives)

Will I need anything from home to use in the class?
If you would like to participate, you will need the ingredients and/or equipment above. In addition, you will need a reliable internet connection as well as a computer or device with which you can access your virtual class. We recommend you arrive to class 5-10 minutes early to ensure you are able to set up your device and connection.
Can I ask questions or interact with the class?
Yes, you will be able to ask Liz questions during class. To start, your microphone will be muted to allow for a steady work flow during class.
