This class teaches the bread baking method created by the authors of the best selling book "Artisan Bread in 5 Minutes a Day". This no-knead, artisan bread is truly the easiest bread you will ever bake-even if you have never baked bread before! You will need only 4 ingredients. There is no kneading required. You will make the dough once and then you will have enough dough to bake 4 fresh loaves whenever the mood strikes you. Chef/Instructor Liz Barbour welcomes you into her virtual kitchen for this hands-on, live class. Using 3 cameras in her kitchen studio, Liz will walk you through the making of the "Master Recipe" dough and show you how to bake your first loaves of this delicious artisan bread. When you register for this class, you will receive a class confirmation email which will include a list of the ingredients and equipment you will need to work along with Liz. You will also receive links to the recipe and to a Quick Guide created by Liz to help you prepare your first loaves. New dates coming soon

The Master Recipe class is recommended, but it is not required. The book "Artisan Bread in 5 Minutes a Day" offers the easiest bread baking method I know of. This class will take you beyond the Master Recipe and show you how to create a Focaccia that is a feast for the eyes using the dough from the Master Recipe. Working along with Liz, you will create a masterpiece focaccia using a palate of vegetables, herbs, and other delicious ingredients. Once you put your focaccia into the oven to bake, Liz will show you how to prepare a flower filled bread using the book's Challah recipe. When you register for the class, you will receive a confirmation email which will include the Master Recipe and a list of the ingredients and equipment you will need to prepare your focaccia along with Liz. You will need to have one batch of dough prepared to work along with Liz during class. New dates coming soon

What will be included with my Online Class registration?
Registration includes an access link to your live, online class with Liz. Your confirmation email will include a link to a list of supplies, ingredients, and equipment to have on hand if you would like to follow along and participate throughout the instruction. The class will be delivered via Zoom web conferencing software and feature a live demonstration with Liz.
Will I need anything from home to use in the class?
If you would like to participate, you will need the materials and/or equipment referenced in your confirmation email. In addition, you will need a reliable internet connection as well as a computer or device with which you can access your virtual class. We recommend you arrive to class 5-10 minutes early to ensure you are able to set up your device and connection.
Can I ask questions or interact with the class?
Yes, you will be able to ask Liz questions using the CHAT function available during class. Your microphone will be muted to allow for a steady work flow during class. Your video can be active if you would like Liz to be able to view and monitor your progress.

- Joining via computer: A registrant can simply click on the link provided in the confirmation email.
- Joining via smartphone or tablet: A registrant may need to download the Zoom Cloud Meetings application. The application is free and does not require that they create an account.
