"I really enjoyed bread making class and thank you for a lot of informations and tips. I made artisan bread before but I like the way you make and store in the refrigerator and use later. I did not know we could keep dough for two weeks in the refrigerator and a little bit of left over dough could add flavor. I made one baguette and it is delicious. I learned a lot and enjoyed your bread making class.
