- Heat milk, sugar and cocoa powder over high heat until boiling, stirring constantly.
- Take off heat and stir in vanilla and peanut butter; stir until peanut butter has melted completely.
- Stir in wheat germ , oatmeal, and salt.
- You can form these delicious snacks into many forms. I use a 1 ounce cookie scoop and scoop them onto a cookie sheet. As an alternative you can the mixture into an 8X8 pan. Allow to cool and set, then cut into bite sized pieces. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days, refrigerate or freeze.
