Cooking Demonstration Set-up Slide Presentation: During
her slide presentation, Liz will take you on a tour through her
cottage sized garden. Learn
how to use every inch of a small garden to maximize its beauty and
it's bounty. Cooking and Gardening with Edible Flowers or Cooking and Gardening with Herbs Take in the varieties of ornamental and edible plants as Liz offers tips about how to plan ahead so that you can truly enjoy the fruits of your labor. cooking demonstrations. With
Liz as your guest chef, your meeting or event will be fun for
participants of all cooking abilities and interests.
Liz brings a teaching approach that has inspired her students
to expand their cooking experiences, their pantries, and their
cookbook collections. Throughout
her demonstrations, Liz offers cooking instruction, kitchen hints, and

Edible Landscape Buffet Demonstration with Cooking Demonstration Edible Still Life Buffet Demonstration
Creating an Edible Landscape:
This exciting
demonstration is designed to teach your group the tricks and
techniques used by the best caterers for creating buffet tables that
become works of edible art. Liz's demonstration will show how flowers, herbs, seasonal fruits and vegetables, fabric, found objects, and other items can be displayed to create a stunning backdrop for your holiday or special occasion buffet. Cooking Demonstration:
The landscape demonstration will
be followed by an instructive cooking demonstration of two seasonal
side dishes perfectly matched to the edible landscape. Those items will be placed on the buffet and your
members can then taste samples from the buffet.

The Cooking Process: In addition to a lively discussion
about your chosen food topic, Liz will take her audience step-by-step
through two recipes that she has developed using methods and

With the recipes provided, event participants will be able to
