R.H. Forschner is a division of Victorinox/Swiss Army Brands. It is distributed to the to commercial, food service and retail trade classes. It is marketed under RH Forschner by Victorinox, Swiss Army the preference of professionals since 1855. While R.H. Forschner by Victorinox knives are dishwasher safe, it is not recommended. Instead, wash by hand in warm soapy water.
