event.
The event includes free health screenings, smoking

granite geek Dave Brooks, Liz's cooking demonstration,
NH Public Television's LiveFit Program and much more!

Cooking demonstration focusing on locally harvested foods.
Knowing
where our food comes from and how it is grown allows us to build a
healthy relationship with our farming communities.
Learning ways to take advantage of the harvest from our local
farm stands is the best way to support a sustainable lifestyle for our
families. Join Liz as she
discusses local harvests and the many ways in which we can use local
ingredients to enrich our diets and support our communities.
Liz will use local ingredients like squash, corn, tomatoes,
heirloom potatoes, and a few surprise ingredients to create two
delicious recipes.
Knife demonstration and a variety of cooking techniques will be
included.
