   Liz  has designed the perfect evening of food and fun for you and your quests. As Liz demonstrates your menu you will see how to prepare restaurant quality recipes followed by a sampling of each beautiful dish.

Every demonstration menu is uniquely designed to provide instruction while teaching a variety of cooking techniques.  The relaxed pace of the evening allows plenty of time for questions and answers that take the mystery out of preparing and presenting delicious and elegant meals.   

 Liz will arrive with all the tools and food needed to prepare and present your selected menu.  From fine china to portable burners, Liz is fully equipped to work in any kitchen.  Sit back and watch while she demonstrates the cooking of each dish, elegantly plates it, serves you and your guests, and cleans up after.  

What Happens during a Demonstration?

4- Course Cooking Demonstration
You may choose two courses from your selected menu that you would like Liz to demonstrate for you and your guests.  Your selected recipes will be demonstrated individually and all courses will be served to you in your dining room.

2-Course Cooking Demonstration
Liz will demonstrate both courses of your selected menu and serve you in your dining room.  Liz welcomes you to add your own prepared items to compliment her menu.

 4- Course Demonstration Includes:
