Learn the secrets to making artisan quality bread at home with no kneading. You will learn to mix your own dough and then take it home to let it rise while you sleep. In the morning, bake off your dough for the perfect loaf of artisan bread. Next, we will help you make the perfect pie dough to use at home to create delicious fruit pies and tarts.
Throughout this
2-hour, hands-on class Liz will show you how to: Measure baking
ingredients, work with yeast, prepare bread dough, prepare pie dough,
prepare apple tart filling, form a rustic tart. Included in class: All ingredients, take-home dough, a hearty snack and samples are included. Materials required: 2 Large mixing bowls, large cutting board, chef’s knife, large baking sheet pan.
