Pastas with a Twist Friday September 26, 2008

Join us for a great introduction to pasta. We will
start with an olive oil and Italian cheese tasting and help you decide
which is your favorite. We will then move on to explore a
variety of sauces and pasta preparations. Using fresh vegetables
and herbs still available at the local farm stand; flavor is Liz’s
top priority. As always, Liz will show you how to use and care
for your knife as well as a variety of other cooking techniques.

will tell how to choose the best fresh fish available and talk
with us about what’s happening in the fish markets.
