About Class Locations:

Holding classes in different retail locations allows Liz to  introduce you to a variety of retailers that you may not be familiar with.  Each location is carefully selected for its convenience and atmosphere.  

If you know of a special location that would accommodate a cooking class, let us know.  If we hold a class there, you will be our guest at our first class.

As always, Dream Kitchens provides us with a beautiful showroom with our choice of kitchens to work in.   Enjoy a relaxed evening of food and cooking entertainment in a setting that will inspire you to recreate the recipes you will taste. A complimentary wine tasting will be offered at each class.

We have worked exclusively with the  Wine Society of Nashua, NH to select wines that will enhance each of our  menus.  

The Wine Society is eager to talk to you about your menu and the wines that will accompany it.  With their help, you can offer your guests a wine tasting that will compliment your evening.

Taste what your local farmer is harvesting.  This class will focus on learning to select and prepare the best of southern New Hampshire’s late summer harvest.  Liz will show you easy knife techniques, grilling tips, and a variety of vegetable preparations.  Knives and knife sharpeners will be available for purchase.

Join us for a great introduction to pasta.  We will start with an olive oil and Italian cheese tasting and help you decide which is your favorite.   We will then move on to explore a variety of sauces and pasta preparations.  Using fresh vegetables and herbs still available at the local farm stand; flavor is Liz’s top priority.  As always, Liz will show you how to use and care for your knife as well as a variety of other cooking techniques.   Knives and knife sharpeners will be available for purchase.

Liz's Italian Christmas Eve class is always a favorite.  With fresh fish as her focus Liz will introduce you to some delicious new recipes that explore new cooking and presentation techniques.  Local seafood expert and fishmonger Elisha Ewing, owner of Liberty Fish  will tell how to choose the best fresh fish available and talk with us about what’s happening in the fish markets.  You will also get valuable seafood preparation tips from Liz.  This class sold out last year so be sure to sign up early.  Knives and knife sharpeners will be available for purchase.
