Cooking classes are offered throughout the area in retail locations that offer convenience and atmosphere.   Each three-hour class offers a 4-course meal and is filled with lessons in technique, helpful cooking tips, and cooking inspiration.  Plan to sit back and enjoy watching Liz prepare a very special experience for you.  Bring a friend.

Food Service Training for School Cafeteria Staff

Professional service training is the key to improving the nutritional content and efficiency in our school cafeterias.  Yet, few school systems invest in the nutritional and kitchen skills training of their food service staff.  Each 2 hour program includes a variety of interactive cooking demonstrations and food handling information. Samples of the prepared recipes will be supplied so each member of your staff can experience the results.  The group will have the opportunity to share cooking and recipe ideas and will be encouraged to begin experimenting with small batch cooking for student tastings.
