Liz engages her audience with her knowledge of cooking, great sense of
humor and of course wonderful food!  Liz doesn't waste a minute, filling
simmer time with chef's tips and opportunities for audience questions.
Our audience couldn't have been more pleased with the program.  In
addition, Liz is extremely organized and professional.  She brings
everything she needs, from ingredients and dishes to decorative
tablecloths.  The result is a program that looks beautiful and cleans up
easily.  If your library would like to offer a program that is truly
