culinary artistry of cooking with edible flowers.
Liz and reporter Kria Sakakeeny toured Liz’s edible garden located in the heart
of Hollis’ Historic District. This compact, lush garden was featured on the Colonial Garden
Club of Hollis garden tour in 2004. Throughout
the interview, chef/ instructor Liz Barbour shared her skills as an entertaining
communicator as she prepared and presented exciting
dishes for the camera.
