I would especially like to thank you for the extra effort and instruction that you provided to my niece.  She was very excited upon arriving home telling her Dad/Mom all about it.  I think we have successfully put into her mind that cooking is more than desserts. She discussed with us about possibly having a culinary career as she had been before this class but seems even surer after this.
