Class Schedule

The Creative Feast offers instructive cooking demonstrations throughout the greater Nashua, New Hampshire area.  

Liz uses her years of restaurant and catering experience to teach cooking skills and recipes that anyone can reproduce in their own home.  She has designed cooking classes that will equip you with the understanding you need to prepare restaurant quality meals for family and friends.

Every demonstration menu is uniquely designed to provide instruction while using a variety of cooking techniques.  The relaxed pace of the evening allows plenty of time for questions and answers that take the mystery out of preparing and presenting delicious and elegant meals.   

What Happens In Class?

Each class will feature 4-courses starting with Liz's Chef's Welcome Tasting.  This course will be ready for you to sample when you arrive and give you an opportunity to meet Liz and hear about the evening's class.  

Demonstrations of the next three courses will follow.  Each course will be demonstrated individually and then plated so that you can savor the dishes on their own.  Each class is a time to sit back and relax while Liz walks you step-by-step through each recipe and technique.  
Menus have been paired with wines carefully chosen by The Wine Society of Nashua, New Hampshire to provide another level of enjoyment to your evening.
